2024년 6월 3일 오전, 박사학위 본심을 드디어 마쳤다. 지난 몇 달동안 정말 혼자 숨가쁘게 달려온 시간들이 헛되지 않아 다행이라는 생각, 그리고 앞으로 박사가 되어 어떻게 살아갈 것인가 등 여러가지 생각이 겹쳤다. 심사위원 분들께서  많은 코멘트를 해주셨고, 아직도 고쳐야 할 것이 많은데, 그래도 지난 시간동안 노력한 부분에 대해 높이 사주신 것 같다. 짧은 연구가 됐든, 긴 연구가 됐든, 연구하는 과정은 마지막 피니쉬 라인이 언제 나타날지 모르는 마라톤과 같은 느낌이다. 숨이 차고 포기하고 싶은 순간이 많이 찾아오기 때문에 동기부여를 할 수 있는 것들을 만들고 정신을 가다듬을 필요가 있다.연구가 재밌다고 하지만, 아직까지 나에겐 그 말이 쉽게 나오지 않는다. 연구의 의미를 어떻게 찾아가느냐가 어쩌..
